浸渍-烘干法麻纱快速养生工艺

Study on soaking dried softening finishing process of hemp yarns

为保证合理开松、分梳、提高大麻纤维的可纺性,应先对大麻纤维进行养生处理。通过改变软麻油剂用量、浸渍时间、浸渍温度等因素,对大麻纤维纱线进行浸渍烘干处理,探索出采用FD-ZY04B软麻油剂对大麻纱线进行养生时最适合的工艺条件。以纱线的毛细效应、抗弯长度、强力、折皱回复角等作为评价指标,与传统养生工艺的效果进行比较。实验结果表明:FD-ZY04B软麻油浸渍烘干的合适工艺条件为:油剂用量12%、浸渍温度70℃、浸渍时间30 min,大大缩短了养生时间。

Soaking-dried method using FD-ZY04B ramie oiling changing the concentration of ramie oiling agent, dipping time and agent were applied to temperature, optimal the hemp yarns. By technical process of agents have been obtained. Soften effect was compared between the traditional process and the new process. The soften effect was evaluated by the capillary effect and bending length and strengthen and wrinkle recovery angle of hemp yarns. The optimal technology condition of ramie oiling agent was 12%, 70℃, and 30 min respectively. The new processes can achieve the effect of traditional technology, but the treating time could be shortened greatly.
