槽筒表面光泽对操作工人视觉疲劳的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以探明槽筒的表面光泽对操作工人视觉疲劳的影响状况为研究目标,研究采用自行设计编制的:"槽筒表面光泽对操作工人视觉疲劳的影响因素调查表"和"操作工人视觉疲劳变化情况调查表",发现了造成工人视觉疲劳的主要原因,并进行了定量分析和研究,在此基础上对不同因素产生的视觉疲劳又进行了比例统计,得出了槽筒表面反射光、频闪光、金属槽筒颜色诸因素对操作工人视觉疲劳产生主要影响的明确结论。实践证明,金属槽筒的表面光泽对操作工人视觉疲劳的影响明显强于胶木槽筒。因此提出,为避免金属槽筒的表面光泽在运动状态下产生的反射光污染,必须采取技术手段降低槽筒表面的光反射率,用减低眩光和频闪光强度的方法,降低操作工人视觉疲劳强度产生的可能性。 Grooved drum proven in the glossy surface of the operative status of the visual impact of fatigue for the study objectives, study design using self-prepared, "grooved drum the surface gloss of the operative factors of visual fatigue questionnaire" and "changes in visual fatigue operatives questionnaire" as the basis, workers found the main reason for visual fatigue, and carried out a quantitative analysis and research, on the basis of different factors of visual fatigue were also ratio statistics, obtained grooved drum surface reflected light, flash frequency, color metal grooved drum operatives of various factors on the generation of visual fatigue the impact of definite conclusion.
