摘要
以探明槽筒的表面光泽对操作工人视觉疲劳的影响状况为研究目标,研究采用自行设计编制的:"槽筒表面光泽对操作工人视觉疲劳的影响因素调查表"和"操作工人视觉疲劳变化情况调查表",发现了造成工人视觉疲劳的主要原因,并进行了定量分析和研究,在此基础上对不同因素产生的视觉疲劳又进行了比例统计,得出了槽筒表面反射光、频闪光、金属槽筒颜色诸因素对操作工人视觉疲劳产生主要影响的明确结论。实践证明,金属槽筒的表面光泽对操作工人视觉疲劳的影响明显强于胶木槽筒。因此提出,为避免金属槽筒的表面光泽在运动状态下产生的反射光污染,必须采取技术手段降低槽筒表面的光反射率,用减低眩光和频闪光强度的方法,降低操作工人视觉疲劳强度产生的可能性。
