本文将平板型环路热管应用于大功率LED的散热,通过实验研究了加热位置、放置方式和功率对启动特性的影响。蒸发器内的汽液分布影响着从蒸发器到补偿器的热泄漏,从而影响启动特性。如果非有效蒸发区内的液态工质量越多,则热泄漏越小,环路热管越容易启动。此外,补偿器内工质往液管流动,相当于补偿器对外做功,自身能量有减少的趋势,促使形成循环所需的更大压差。
A flatten looped heat pipe is manufactured and used for high heat flux LED heat dissipation. Start-up characteristics have been studied based on the heating zone, orientation and heating power. Experimental results show that the liquid-vapor distribution in the evaporator affects the heat leak from the evaporator to the compensation chamber, and the start-up characteristics. The more liquid is in the no-active evaporation zone, the smaller the heat leak is, and the more easily the looped heat pipe can start-up. The liquid flowing into a liquid line from the compensation chamber can reduce the internal energy of the compensation chamber, lead to a larger pressure difference on the loop.
