摘要
在研究有限元分析理论的基础上,建立了数控镗铣床立柱组件的三维模型,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对其进行了结构性能分析,找出了该机床立柱在受载情况下的变形规律,给出了分析结果,经过实验测试,验证了分析的正确性,为机床优化设计提供了帮助。
Based on the research for the theory of finite element analysis. The 3D model for the column module of the numerical control milling & boring machine was established. Using finite element software ANSYS to analyze the structure performance , the strain trend of the column in the condition loaded is found and the analysis result is received. The validity was examined by measuring; this can provide effective ways for optimizing machine design.
