摘要 以拔制力400t预应力框架式液压冷拔机机架为例,利用CAD/CAE集成的方法,完成了冷拔机机架的CAD建模及有限元分析。先用SolidWorks建模,再导入ANSYS有限元分析软件,对冷拔机机架进行应力仿真分析,获得应力分布。对改进的撑杆进行了计算,为冷拔机结构改进提供了一定的参考依据。 The method of CAD/CAE was employed to accomplish CAD modeling and finite element analysis of 400T prestressed frame-type hydraulic drawbench stand. SolidWorks was used to establish a suitable model for the design, and ANSYS finite element software was applied to the stress analysis and simulation of hydraulic drawbench stand. The distribution of the maximal stress was obtained. There are some discussions on the cold-drawing forming of the structure. In this way, the research result provides important reference value for development and optimization design of hydraulic drawbench.
