摘要
以双水杨醛缩丙二酰肼为中性载体制备了PVC膜Co2+离子选择性电极。该电极对Co2+呈现出良好的选择性和近Nernst电位响应性能。电极斜率为31.1mV/dec,线性范围为1.0×10-1~3.2×10-5mol/L,检测下限1.0×10-5mol/L。采用交流阻抗技术研究了电极响应机理,并将电极作为指示电极初步应用于EDTA的电位滴定及Co2+的回收率实验,结果令人满意。
A PVC membrane electrode for cobalt( Ⅱ) ions based on a Schiff base of bis(salicylaldehyde) -malonicdi- hydrazide as a neutral carrier was investigated. The prepared electrode displays a good selectivity toward cobalt( Ⅱ) and exhibits exhibits a near Nernstian response for cobalt( Ⅱ ) over a linear range of 3.2 ×10^-5-1.0 ×10^-1 mol/L with a detection limit of 1.0 ×10^-5mol/L and a slope of 31.1 mV/dec. The response mechanism was discussed in view of the A.C. impedance technique.The electrode was used as an indicator electrode in potentiometric titration of cobalt ( Ⅱ ) with EDTA and applied to the recovery of determination with satisfactory results.
