钙离子-钙调神经磷酸酶-活化T细胞核因子c1途径和心血管钙化

摘要 心血管系统钙化常见于动脉内膜、动脉中层和心脏瓣膜,既往认为是不受调控的被动的退行性变过程,近年证实是可调控的、类似于骨形成的主动过程。钙离子(Ca^2+)钙调神经磷酸酶(CAN)-活化T细胞核因子(NFAT)c1信号途径在骨组织、心脏瓣膜及血管中具有重要作用,推测Ca^2+CaN—NFATc1途径很可能参与血管钙化的调节过程。我们将Ca^2+-CaN-NFATc1途径在骨组织、心脏瓣膜及血管细胞中的作用做一综述,旨在为钙化研究提供一个新方向。
