摘要 奈伏泰斯(NAVTEX)是以窄带直接印字电报方式发送和自动接收海上安全信息的系统。本系统采用软件无线电技术,用数字解调替代传统模拟解调,增加了系统的灵活性和可升级性;用液晶显示文本信息的方式代替传统的打印显示文本的方式更好地实现了人机交互;采用中断驱动模式并设计专门文件管理系统来保证和提高系统的实时性和稳定性。实际运行表明:该软件运行在自行设计的硬件平台上,已成功接收、解调、显示518 kHz通道的信息,验证了软件的可行性。 A new design of NAVTEX receiver, which receives maritime safety information automatically based on the narrow-band direct printing telegraph, is presented. The software radio technology is adopted, traditional analog demodulator is replaced by digital demodulation to increase the systems flexibility and scalability; text messages are displayed on the LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) to better achieve human-computer interaction; interrupt-driven mode is applied and a document management system is specifically designed to improve real-time performance and stability. The actual operation of the receiver indicates that the software running on the purposely designed hardware platform, receives and displays information well on 518 kHz channel
