Institutional arrangements for the ethics construction in libraries

分析图书馆制度安排对图书馆伦理建设的重要意义,以及当前我国图书馆伦理建设制度安排中存在的制度缺位、制度虚设和伦理功能不够协调等问题,提出图书馆制度安排应坚持人文化、公正、权益、系统化和可操作性等基本原则。

Based on an analysis of the significance of institutional arrangements in library ethics construction and its related problems including vacancy in regulations and rules, regulations and rules in name only, and ethical function that are lack of sufficient co-ordination, the author suggested that institutional arrangements in library ethics construction should be based on the basic principles of humanism, justice, power, systematization, and operability.
