Digital reference service in Guangdong medical college and university libraries

通过对广东省高等医学院校图书馆数字参考咨询服务情况的调查,分析其现阶段的发展状况和问题,并从服务规范、咨询技术、资源建设和发展模式等方面对今后高等医学院校图书馆数字参考咨询服务的发展提出建议。

The current state and problems in Guangdong medical college and university libraries were analyzed based on the findings in the investigation of their digital reference service. Certain suggestions were proposed for the development of their digital reference service in regard to the service scope, reference techniques, resource development, and development model.
