共词聚类法和主题词聚类法挖掘专题热点的效果评价——以鼻咽部肿瘤为例

Evaluation of the efficiency of co-word cluster and subject heading cluster in mining subject hotspots

运用共词聚类和主题词聚类方法对PubMed和SCI收录的鼻咽癌文献进行挖掘、整理与分析,并与该领域权威专家的综述进行比较研究。结果显示,主题词共词聚类过程简单,准确性较高;同被引聚类法得到的研究热点更全面。两种方法的符合率和准确率均较高。

Co-word cluster and subject heading cluster were used to mine, organize and analyze the nasopharyngeal cancer documents covered in SCI, which were then compared with the reviews of authority experts in this field. The results showed that the clustering of co-words was simple with a high accuracy and co-citation clustering could achieve rather comprehensive subject hotspots, indicating that the coincidence and accuracy of the two clustering methods are rather high.
