摘要
An Expo-themed forum on September 9 backed the creation of a ＇gold bank bloc＇ along the Yellow River. The forum was held in China＇s Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, where the river helps economy and trade prosper. The bloc includes 10 Ningxia cities along the river and a blueprint has been worked out to develop these cities.
