Environmentally friendly vehicles to transport visitors in and around the Expo site are being tested, with mass production ex- pected to start in October. The 1,000 buses and cars provided by Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation will be used to help the Expo site stay emission-free and keep the zone a low-emission area.
