尿素造粒塔玻璃鳞片加强防腐蚀施工可行性探讨

摘要 本文分析了尿素造粒塔腐蚀的原因;针对尿素造粒塔腐蚀体系,在进行理论分析可行性后,提出采用玻璃鳞片与玻璃钢复合层进行防腐,在实践中,应用玻璃鳞片技术、配合玻璃钢防腐施工,达到长效防腐的目的。 This paper has analyzed the reason that the corrosion condition of urea prilling tower, In accordance with the corrosion system of the urea prilling tower and the corrosion system. After the theoretical analysis of the feasibility, we bring forward that using the scale glass and the composite bed of the Fiber Reinforced Plastics to antisepticize.In practice, to put in use of the scale glass technology and cooperate with the Fiber Reinforced Plastics anticorrosion construction achieve a long-term anti-corrcsion purpose.
