摘要
防腐涂层隔离了腐蚀介质与储罐金属的直接接触,是原油储罐防腐的第一道防线,也是储罐最有效的防腐蚀技术。本文结合国内实际情况和现场经验,从基材除锈质量、表面清洁度、锚纹深度、涂料施工环境、使用方法、施工后涂层的保护、涂层的过程检验和最终检验、涂层的修复和补涂等方面,列出了原油储罐涂层质量控制要点和相应的措施建议。
As the first line of defense against the corrosion of oil tank, the anti-corrosion coating could separat the tank from corrosion medium. Now it was the most effective anti-corrosion technology. In this paper, on the basis of the actual situation and on- site experience, the oil tank quality control key points and the corresponding measures were listed, including derusting quality, surface cleanliness, surface roughness, painting environment, usage of the coating, protection after painting, process testing and final inspection, repair and re-painted, etc.
