42例炸伤病人临床分析

Analysis of 42 Cases of Bomb Explosion Wound

分析一组42例炸伤伤因，伤道及骨折的特点．爆炸物距离近，威力大，四肢伤多而重，不仅有原发伤道的损伤，而且有周围组织的间接损伤，甚至远隔脏器的损伤，损伤广泛而严重，在同一伤员，不同部位的伤情，伤型也不同，多发伤和盲管伤多，伤道弯曲，污染重，但仔细清创后感染率低．作者认为这些特点都是临床紧急救治时应注意的事项．

Clinical data of 42 bomb explosion wound were analysed by means of wounding factors. wound track and fracture. Because the bomb was self-made and powerful. weapon-victim distance was short and the wounds were serious. especially at the of limbs. It could not only cause injury of primary wound track. but also cause indirect injury around the tissue, even remote organ.There was multiple injury at the same wounded injury whichj was extensive and the most of wounds was penetrating wounds. The wound track was seriously careful debridemend. The above feature should be sufficiently stressed at emergency treatment.
