摘要
本文报告5例手掌严重烧伤后瘢痕挛缩畸形，利用真皮下血管网皮瓣修复，取得良好效果．作者认为上述情况用皮片或常规皮瓣修复均不够理想，真皮下血管网皮瓣为修复手掌部瘢痕挛缩的首选皮瓣．
This article reported 5 cases of palm scar contraction after serious burn, which was treated with the thin subdermal vascular network flaps. The operation result was satisfactory. It is concluded that the thin flap is the best method to restore the palm scar. The skin graft and the common skin flap treatment is less satisfactory.
