摘要
本文利用免疫组织化学和分子原位杂交方法观察了10例人子宫血管干和子宫肌内分支中内皮素和一氧化氮合酶蛋白和 mRNA表达的周期性变化,目的在于观察其在子宫血管的生成规律以探讨其在子宫血流调节中的作用.结果显示内皮素和一氧化氮合酶免疫活性和 mRNA 定位于子宫血管全层.内皮素免疫活性和 mRNA 表达在子宫内膜增殖期低于分泌期,一氧化氮合酶免疫活性和 mRNA 表达则增殖期高于分泌期.二者的比值有明显的周期性变化.提示内皮素和一氧化氮是参与子宫血流量周期性变化的重要调节因子.
The cyclic changes of endothelin (ET) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in main stem and smaller branches of the uterine blood vessels were studied in order to investigated their role in the regulation of uterine blood flow. Immunostaining and mRNA expression for ET and NOS were detected in 10 specimens by means of immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. The stronger ET immunoreactivity and mRNA expression were observed in the endothelial cells and smooth muscle of secretory phase. The less expression was in proliferative phase. In contrast with ET, the stronger NOS immunoreactivity and mRNA expression were observed in the endothelial cells of proliferative phase, less expression was in secretory phase. The cyclic changes of expression and localization for ET and NOS in uterine blood vessels suggeste that ET and NOS are the important local regulating factors in controlling uterine blood flow.
