难选氧化锌矿浮选过程中脱泥作业的生产实践 被引量:6

摘要 氧化铅锌矿石嵌布粒度比较细、含泥比较高,为消除矿泥对选别流程的影响,一般需在选别前进行脱泥,采用旋流器两段闭路脱泥工艺流程在难选氧化锌浮选过程中应用后,取得了满意的效果,浮选氧化锌精矿的品位可以达到25.80%,回收率达到83.56%,尾矿品位为1.58%。两段闭路脱泥工艺对于稳定选别流程,提高选别指标具有重要的意义。 The oxidised lead ore has a very fine disemination and contains very much slime. The slime need to be removed before the beginning of mineral dressing, in order to eliminate the bad effect on concentrate operation. The application of two-stage desliming operation by cyclone is mainly introducted in the paper to dealt with the refractory oxided lead ore during industial tests in lanping. It is known that the desliming technique of two-stage close circuits is of great importance to stablize processing operation and enhance the quantity of concentrate.
