摘要
采用旋流—静态微泡浮选柱对该辉钼矿精选尾矿进行了柱式分选试验研究。通过对处理量、循环泵压力和充气量等影响因素的优化,得出了最佳的操作条件。在此基础上完成了24h的连选试验,获得品位为38.59%、回收率23.26%的钼精矿。与现场浮选机生产系统相比,不仅简化了一次粗选、一次扫选、六次精选工艺流程,而且使钼精矿钼品位和回收率分别提高了1.3%和4.72%。
The experiment research of column processing was made on molybdenite by cyclonic-static micro bubble flotation columns. The optimal operating conditions were achieved by optimizing the influence factors of throughput, recycle pump pressure and the gas filling volume. Based on the optimal operating conditions, 24 hour continuous separation test were carried out, which obtained 38.59% of molybdenum concentration grade and 23.26% of molybdenum recovery. In this way, not only the original flotation machine process consisting of one roughing, one scavenging and six cleanings was simplified but also the molybdenum concentration grade and recovery were enhanced by 1.3 and 4.72 percentage points respectively.
