被动运动和电刺激预防废用性骨质疏松的骨代谢指标研究 被引量:9

A Research on Preventing Disuse Osteoporosis in the Indicator of Bone Metabolism Biochemistry through Passive Movement and Electricity Stimulation

摘要 通过研究,探讨被动运动和电刺激对废用性骨质疏松的预防作用;方法:切断大鼠坐骨神经和股神经,造成失神经支配大鼠废用性骨质疏松模型,并随机将大鼠分为假手术组、对照组(NCG)、被动运动组(PMG)、电刺激组(ESG)和被动运动+电刺激组(PMESG)五组,观察各大鼠骨代谢生化指标骨钙素(BGP)和抗酒石酸盐酸性磷酸酶(TRACP)的变化;结果:与假手术组比较,各干预组BGP值均呈显著性降低(P<0.01)、TRACP值明显升高,但差异不具显著性(P>0.05);与对照组比较,各干预组骨钙素值均明显升高,其中被动运动+电刺激组呈显著性升高(P<0.05)、抗酒石酸盐酸性磷酸酶值(TRACP)值均呈非常显著性降低(P<0.01)。结论:大鼠失神经支配可致骨形成减少、骨吸收增加,电刺激和被动运动治疗可有效抑制大鼠去神经后的骨形成减少以及骨吸收增加,一定程度上表明了被动运动和电刺激对去神经所致大鼠废用性骨质疏松的预防作用。 Objective: Through the experimental research, this paper discusses the preventive function of passive movement and electricity stimulation on rats with disuse osteoporosis. Methods: through cutting the sciatic nerve and femoral nerve of experimental rats, we make an animal model of disuse osteoporosis, and divide them into five groups, those are the fake operation group, the nerve cutting group (NCG), nerve cutting with passive movement groups (PMG), nerve cutting with electricity stimulation group (ESG), and nerve cutting with passive movement and electricity stimulation (PMESG). Then the changes of biochemistry indicators of bone metabolism in all groups are observed. Results: compared with Sham group, the BGP value of the other groups is markedly lower than it( P 〈 0.01 ), the sTRACP value of the other groups all have a significant rising, but is meaningless in statisties(P 〉 0.05). Compared with DNG, on one hand, the BGP value of the other groups is obviously rising, especially the BGP of the PMG + ESG is more higher than it( P 〈 0.05), on the other hand, the sTRACP value of the other groups all exhibite a very significant reduction (P 〈 0.01 ); Conclusion: cutting nerve of rats can make bone formation decrease and make bone absorption increase, but passive movement and electricity stimulation can inhibit the decrease of bone formation and the increase of bone absorption. It shows that passive movement and electricity stimulation can prevent the disuse osteoporosis made by cutting nerve on a certain extent.
