摘要
对大学生参与健身快走,健身慢跑的运动过程进行实时心肺负荷监测与分析。分别测试他们参与健身快走,健身慢跑运动全过程中的摄氧量(VO2),心率(HR),相对摄氧量(VO2/Kg),氧脉搏(O2-Pulse),呼吸频率(BF),呼吸交换率(RQ),每分通气量(MV),二氧化碳呼出量(VCO2))等生理指标。通过对实验观察数据的整理、统计和分析,了解大学生健身快走,健身慢跑时的心肺功能状况和有氧工作能力,对健身项目的锻炼效果进行综合评价,旨在为大学生参与健身锻炼提供参考。
The research is based on real-time monitoring and analysis of carchopulmonary load during college students' fitness walking and jogging. Their oxygen uptake (VO2), heart rate (HR), relative oxygen uptake (VO2/kg), O2-Pulse, breathe frequency (BF), respiratory exchange rate (RQ), minute ventilation (MV), CO2 outtake (VCO2) and other indexes are tested in the entire process of fitness walking and jogging. The cardiopulmonary function and aerobic working capacity during the fimess walking and jogging are concluded by the analysis of the experimental statistics. The effects of fitness programs are also valued to be a reference for the college students' fitness exercises.
