摘要
在高原训练体系建立的基础上提出了国家铁人三项队"两类三段"式高原训练模式,旨在提高机能、体能水平和重大赛事竞技状态调控水平,实现奥运积分获得的基本目标。"两类"是指训练准备型和参赛调控型。"三段"是指前高原(平原)准备、高原主体和后高原调适三个阶段。研究表明,国家铁人三项队进行高原训练必须把握上、下山与参赛日期的时间安排节奏,速度、力量和机能、技术技能训练内容分配节奏,处理好高原训练过程中的医学和训练学监控关系,运动负荷与内容个体化、精细化设计,促使机能水平突增和技术技能发展的协同。
The study puts forward the "hi-form and tri-stage" plateau training mode for the National Triathlon Team based on the plateau training system of national team. It aims at improving the level of enginery, physical and controlling of competitive state in major competitions what is for the Olympic Games accumulated points. "Bi-formed" are preparation training and competition controlling, and "tri-stage" are pre-plateau (plain) training, plateau mainstay and down-plateau controlling training. The study shows that the key question or relationship must be deal with, which is the space-time rhythm of plateau training. The space-time rhythm are the schedule plan among up-mountain, down-mountain and competition date, and the rhythm of training contents includes speed, strength, function, skill and technical ability. The relation between medical and training monitor should be well deal with. What designing of individual and meticulous planning on training load and contents, impelling to heighten the functional levels and tectmical ability improving synergistically are the space-time rhythm.
