摘要
在对机械系统产品的仿真特点和存在问题分析的基础上,引出了协同仿真环境的概念。针对机械产品仿真过程的特点和要求,提出了协同仿真环境的系统建模模型——统一仿真模型(unified simulation model,USM),并对USM定义、组织、视图转换及运行机制进行了详细论述。最后将该建模技术应用在某悬挂系统中,证明该技术在工程实际应用中具有可行性。
Based on analyzing mechanical system simulation features and exist problems, the concept of collaborative simulation environment is introduced. According to the characteristics and requirements of mechanical simulation process, (unified simulation model) USM is proposed, and the USM definition, organization, view transformation and operation mechanism are elaborated in detail. Finally, the USM technology is used in a suspension system, and the results proves that this technology is feasible.
