摘要
本文根据社会对人才需求的特点和素质教育的本质,详细分析了专业人才的知识、能力、素质结构的内涵及其相互关系,并在此基础上对培养目标、培养规格、课程体系和测评体系等方面的改革进行了研究,以建立促进知识、能力和素质协调发展的人才培养方式。
According to the characteristics of the social demand for the talents and the nature of the quality education, this paper analyses constituent elements and their relationship in the professional knowledge, ability, quality.And then the detailed studies on the reform of the training objectives, training standards, curriculum system and evaluation system are carried out to establish the personnel training model for the promotion of the coordinated development of knowledge, ability and quality.
