摘要 增加蛋白饲料是畜牧业、水产业、禽蛋业健康发展的需要。此文叙述了发酵法生产棕榈仁粕多肽饲料的研制过程:以取自马来西亚的棕榈仁粕为培养基质,利用高产纤维素酶的丝状真菌、高产菌体蛋白的酵母和高产蛋白酶的芽孢杆菌组合发酵生产出蛋白质含量高达35~40%、多肽组分含量为80%以上的多肽饲料。经初步小鼠急性毒理实验,证明该产品安全无毒。最后分析了该产品的可行性和市场前景。 The necessity of increasing protein feed for animal husbandry, aquaculture and poultry egg industry was discussed.It was introduced that development process of polypeptide feed obtained from palm kernel cake by solid state fermentation.The polypeptide feed, containing 35 - 40% of protein which is 80% ofpolypeptide, was produced by solid state fermentation with filamentous fungi of high-yield cellulase,yeast of high bacterial protein and bacillus of high-yield protease using the palm kernel cake as substrate from Malaysia.The polypeptide feed is safety and on-toxic though the acute toxicity experiment.The feasibility and market prospect of the product were analyzed also.
