农村劳动力资源市场化问题探讨

Probe into the Issue of Marketization of Rural Labor Resources

有效发挥市场机制对劳动力资源配置的调节作用,促进劳动力资源的合理使用,是进一步深化劳动就业体制改革的必然选择。通过对劳动力市场化的再认识,分析了我国农村劳动力资源市场化状况,提出了加速农村劳动力资源市场化进程的对策。

Giving effective play to the regulation effect of market mechanism to the labor resources allocation and promoting the rational use of the labor resources are the inevitable selection of further deepening the reform of labor employment system. Through the recognition of the marketization of the labor resources,this paper analyzes the marketization situation of our country’s rural labor resources,and advances some countermeasures for speeding up the marketization of rural labor resources.
