摘要 为了观察热缺血时间对供肺肺功能的影响。将15只杂种犬分为三组,热缺血时间分别是1、2和0小时(无热缺血的对照组)。实验建立模拟左单肺原位移植(即肺门血管暂时性阻断),观测阻断后6小时内犬氧分压、二氧化碳分压、平均肺动脉压、缺血肺湿重/干重比、肺I型细胞活性度改变。实验结果表明,尽管热缺血1小时组较无热缺血的对照组肺再灌注损伤严重,但模拟移植肺短期内仍具有较好的肺功能,肺组织损伤轻,而热缺血2小时组则肺功能差。 In order to observe the influence of warm ischemia time (WIT) on canine cadaver donor lungs, 15 adult dogs were divided into three groups, group A with WIT for 1 h, group B with WIT for 2 h, and group C without WIT as control group. In the experiment, a model of mimicking left allograft lung transplantation was established and then PaO 2, PaCO 2, average pressure of the lung artery, wet/try weight ratio of ischemic lung, and type II cell viability were recorded within 6 h to evaluate the function of the lung grafts. The results demonstrated that the cadaver donor lungs in group A had more severe reperfusion damage than in the control group, but the function of the lung grafts was still normal. The function of lung grafts in group B was poor and the damage to the lung tissue severe.
