图书馆联盟能促进图书馆合作,实现信息资源有效共建共享,是图书馆界的新型合作模式。对图书馆联盟的基础、内涵及其发展、组织、管理模式等进行了分析,提出了适合河南省图书馆联盟发展的对策。

The library consortium, which can promote the library cooperation and realize the effective co-construction and sharing of information resource, is a new cooperation pattern of libraries. This paper analyzes the foundation, connotation and development, organization, management pattern of library consortium, and puts forward some countermeasures for developing the library consortium of Henan Province.
