Paying Attention to People-based Concept and Strengthening the Service Philosophy

"以人为本"是科学发展观的核心,也是图书馆工作的出发点和落脚点,要推动图书馆的发展,不断提高图书馆工作的质量,就必须以科学发展观为指导,真正落实"以人为本"的管理理念与服务理念。

People-based concept is the core of scientific outlook on development and also is the starting point and foothold of library service. This paper considers that the library, which wants to promote the development of the library and improve the quality of library service, must take scientific outlook on development as the guideline and implement people-based management and service philosophy.
