汇率变动对就业的影响

The Effect of Exchange Rate Fluctuation on Employment

在各国经济联系日益密切的情况下，各国的就业不仅与国内政策有关，也与国际经济交往的规模及汇率有关。自2005年7月21日中国启动人民币汇率形成机制改革之后，在国际和国内双重经济因素的作用下，人民币对美元汇率总体一路走高。本文通过从供给和需求两方面考虑，运用计量模型检验，经实证分析发现，汇率的变动对就业确实有着显著的影响。由此，希望政府部门在今后的政策制定中能充分考虑到就业的压力问题。

Under the circumstances that global economy has become more and more closer, the national employment is associate not only with the domestic policy but also with the the scale and exchange rate of international economic exchanges. After china starting the RMB exchange rate mechanism reform in July 21, 2005, and under the action of international and domestic dual economic factors, the RMB exchange rate against the U. S. dollar continued to move up slightly. In this article, based on the two aspects of supply and demand, using econometric model test, it was found on analysis that changes in the exchange rate of employment indeed signifieandy influenced. Thus, hoping government can fully consider the pressure of employment when making policy in the future.
