摘要
采用实验性高脂血症动物模型，研究了氟桂嗪０．５ｍｇ．ｋｇ－１．ｄ－１和２．０ｍｇ．ｋｇ－１．ｄ－１服用，连续１４周，对大鼠血浆脂质，血小板聚集性的影响以及对大脑中动脉结扎后脑梗塞体积的影响。结果表明：氟桂嗪两剂量组均降低实验性高脂血症大鼠的血小板聚集性和脑卒中的梗塞体积；同时使血浆ＴＧ降低，０．５ｍｇ．ｋｇ－１．ｄ－１还升高ＨＤＬ，但对血浆ＣＨＯ及ＬＤＬ无影响。
Protective effect of Flunarizine on stroke was evaluated in experimental hyperlipidemic rats,which were underwent 14 weeks treatment of Flunarizine(0.5 mg.kg -1 .d -1 and 2mg.kg -1 .d -1 ,po).It was shown that Flunarizine significantly minimized infarct volume of brain after occlusion of the middle cerebral artery ,inhibited the maximum aggregation rate of platelets,decreased TG ,and 0.5mg.kg -1 .d -1 increased HDL.All above indicated that long term intake of Flunarizine could have preventive and protective effect on experimental stroke.
