加强产科护理安全管理工作的体会

安全是人的基本需求,也是护理工作的需要。目前护理安全管理,已成为衡量护理服务的重要质量标志。由于产科是医疗事故和医疗纠纷高风险科室,为此护理管理者,要针对常见及潜在的护理安全隐患,从树立风险意识、注重护理人员综合素质的培养、规范护理记录书写和设备及药品管理等方面入手,不断加强产程观察、产后护理及新生儿管理,严防院内感染,才能避免医源性安全事故的发生。

Obstetrics is an administrative offices where the malpractice incident and the medical dispute happen most frequently. The Nursing Workers are supposed to aim at the hidden common or latent nursing - safety danger, with the help of setting up risk consciousness, raising the nursing staff＇s comprehensive quality, correcting the nursing record and enhancing the equipment and drugs management. They should pay more attention to observing the process of childbirth and the nursing after childbirth. After that, strengthens the newborn -management and the preventing of infection obtaining in the hospital. The Nursing Workers should strengthen the nursing- safety management and avoid the medical -source safety accident.
