摘要
目的:探讨系统健康教育在胫腓骨骨折患者中的护理效果,使患者了解疾病并积极配合治疗。方法:83例患者随机分成观察组(43例)和对照组(40例),观察组采用有效的系统健康教育措施,对照组采用传统的护理方法,比较二者护理效果。结果:观察组护理效果明显好于对照组,如在对疾病相关知识掌握程度、对护理服务工作满意度和并发症发生率等的比较上两组效果差异有显著性,(P〈0.05)。结论:系统健康教育能有效地增强病人对疾病的认识,指导患者功能锻炼并起到较好效果,同时提高了满意度,降低并发症发生率,值得临床应用推广。
Objective: To explore the effects of the health education in the patients with fracture of tibiofibular, make patients understand the disease and assist treatment. Methods: 83 patients were divided randomly into the investigation group(43 cases) and the control group(40 cases). The former took the health education, the latter took the traditional nursing method, and then compared the level of understanding the health information.the satisfaction on nursing service and the rate of complications of them. Results: The nursing effects of investigation group were better than that of the control group. There were statistic difference in the knowledge about the disease, satisfied by nursing services and the rate of complications between the investigation group and the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusions: Health education in the patients with fracture of tibiofibular could promote their knowledge level and satisfied by nursing services, direct functional exercise, reduce the rate of complications, and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
