摘要
机构知识库作用在于收集保存本机构内产生的数字化的科研成果，并向机构内外的成员提供服务。本文阐述了机构知识库的概念，国内对其研究现状，并提出了开展机构知识库研究的紧迫性和意义。
Functions of Institutional repository is to collect and preserve the digitized achievements in scientific research which in this organization produces, and provides the service to the organization inside and outside members. The article interpreted what is Institutional repositor, described the domestic status of its research, and proposed the urgency and meaning to research it.
