摘要
本文针对临床医疗文档数字化工作中的若干问题，从效率、速度、质量、交流和存储几个方面分析数字医疗文档的需求，阐述了实现数字医疗文档的设备条件、人员素质、软件实现和管理观念等问题，还对电子病历、数字签名、多媒体技术、医院管理信息系统、远程医疗和知识库系统作了简单介绍和作者的看法。
Aiming at several problems in clinical medical file numeral working, the article has analyzed the request of numeral clinical medical file from efficiency,speed,quality, communion and memory. It has also expatiated the equipment condition, workers diathesis, soft ware actualizing and management concept of achieving clinical medical file. And he has simply introduced author＇s opinion and electronic case history, numeral signing, multi- media technology, hospital managing information system, long--distance medical treatment and repository system.
