摘要
目的:建立快速测定饮料中天冬酰苯丙氨酸甲酯及其代谢物(L-苯丙氨酸)含量的系统分析方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,使用ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱,以0.1%三氟乙酸-乙腈流动相(85:15,V/V)作为分离条件,在DAD检测器210nm波长处进行检测。结果:该方法的最低检出量分别为L-苯丙氨酸0.8ng,天冬酰苯丙氨酸甲酯2.4ng,标准曲线线性良好,相关系数分别为0.9998和0.9994,回收率在96.3%~98.5%之间,相对标准偏差小于2%。结论:该法简捷、快速且灵敏度高。
A HPLC method was presented for the rapid determination of aspartame and its metabolite in commercial beverages. The analytes were separated on a ZORBAX SB-C18 column using a mobile phase composed of 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid and acetonitrile (85:15, V/V) and detected using a DAD detector at 210 wavelength. The limits of detection of phenylalanine and aspartame by the method were 0.8 and 2.4 ng, respectively. There was a good linear relationship between concentration and peak area, and the correlation correlation coefficients were 0.9998 and 0.9994, respectively. The spiked recoveries were 96.3% and 98.5%,respectively, with a RSD less than 2%. The method is simple, rapid and highly sensitive.
