摘要
目的探讨东芝TBA-40FR与日立7600全自动生化分析仪检测结果的一致性。方法应用两台生化分析仪对40份随机标本同时进行测定,测定的项目包括丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBil)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(Alb)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、尿酸(UA)和尿素。结果东芝TBA-40FR和日立7600检测结果在统计学上无显著差异性。TBA-40FR和日立7600检测ALT的结果(x±s)分别为(25.7±22.1)U/L、(26.3±22.6)U/L,检测AST的结果分别为(23.6±10.5)U/L、(24.4±10.0)U/L,检测TBil的结果分别为(14.8±6.9)μmol/L、(15.2±6.8)μmol/L,检测TP的结果分别为(64.5±11.1)g/L、(64.7±11.2)g/L,检测Alb的结果分别为(38.2±4.5)g/L、(38.6±4.9)g/L,检测GGT的结果分别为(25.9±34.4)U/L、(25.4±35.5U)/L,检测UA的结果分别为(294.1±92.3)μmol/L、(292.8±93.7)μmol/L,检测Urea的结果分别为(4.8±1.6)mmol/L、(4.7±1.7)mmol/L。两者检测ALT、AST、TBil、TP、Alb、GGT、UA和尿素的结果均呈现良好的相关性,相关系数分别为0.9962、0.9627、0.9760、0.9947、0.8881、0.9990、0.9973、0.9794。结论东芝TBA-40FR与日立7600全自动生化分析仪的检测结果具有良好的一致性。
Objective To investigate the harmonization of the analytical results of TBA-40FR and Hitachi 7600 automated biochemistry analyzers. Methods ALT, AST, TBil, TP, Alb, GGT, UA, and urea of 40 random samples were detected by the two different biochemistry analyzer, Results There was no significant difference between the ALT, AST, TBil, TP, Alb, GGT, UA and urea. Results Obtained by TBA-40FR and Hitachi 7600 (P〉0.05).The results(x^-±s) obtained by TBA-40FR and Hitachi 7600 were as follows: ALT[(25.7±22.1)U/L,(26.3±22.6)U/L], AST[ (23.6±10.5)U/L,(24.4±1 0.0U/L)], TBil[(14.8±6.9)μmol/L,(15.2±6.8)μmol/L], TP[(64.5±11.1)g/L,(64.7± 1.2)g/L], Alb[(38.2±4.5)g/L,(38.6±4.9)g/ L], GGT[(25.9±34.4)U/L,(25.4±35.5)U/L], UA[(294.1±92.3),(292.8±93.7)p, mol/L], urea[ (4.8±1.6)mmol/L,(4.7±1.7)mmol/L], respectively. Besides, there was good correlation for them in detecting ALT, AST, TBil, TP, Alb, GGT, UA, and urea. The correlation coefficients are 0.9962, 0.9627, 0.9760, 0.9947, 0.8881, 0.9990, 0.9973 and 0.9794, respectively. Conclusion There was good correlation and agreement for the results obtained by TBA-40FR and Hitachi 7600 total automated biochemistry analyzers. The comparison between different biochemistry analyzers can improve the quality control of clinical laboratory.
