高频电刀治疗宫颈疾病的疗效分析

目的探讨高频电刀治疗宫颈疾病的临床疗效。方法对124例宫颈疾病的患者使用高频电刀治疗。设置电刀35W、电凝25W,用高频电刀的电极自宫颈外口由内向外呈放射状切除病变组织,边缘超过正常组织的0.3cm,切除深度0.5cm左右,宫颈管赘生物沿根部完全切除,切除组织均送病理检查,并观察手术时间、术中出血量,随访术后恢复情况。结果124例手术成功率100%,术中平均出血量9.5ml,平均手术时间7.5min。结论高频电刀治疗宫颈疾病具有成功率高、痛苦小、复发率低、治疗效果好等优点,值得临床推广应用。
