Research of Distribution Model of Human Resource Based on GA

摘要 基于定性分析的方法,提出了有效累计时间的概念,建立了一种基于遗传算法的人力资源优化配置模型,为人力资源的优化配置提供了一种新的量化管理的具体方法,并进行了算例分析,证明了模型的有效性、实用性. The thesis designs a very good statistical method about human resource, ahd defines effective accumulative time. It also sets up a distribution model of human resource based on GA. It also has proposed a new method to distribution model of human resource. Finally, we give an application to demonstrate its effectiveness.
