摘要
作为一种轻量级的单级单服务器多站点轮询服务系统,主从令牌网络协议适用于陶瓷加工过程监控这类低带宽要求的自动化场景。MS/TP网络通过排队论进行数学建模,并从网络性能参数以及服务类型等方面对其服务延迟进行了数值分析,同时在陶瓷加工监控系统中对该模型进行了评估,结果表明在负载不超过60%时,其偏差度约在10-20%间。实验结果表明,建模分析可用于合理优化MS/TP链路层参数,并指导MS/TP现场网络系统的设计工作。
As a light single-class-single-server-multi-stations polling system, MS/TP protocol (master-slave/token-passing) is used for ceramic process monitoring. A mathematical model is built for MS/TP protocol based on queue theory, and makes a series numerical value analyses on model with respect to network performance parameter and service styles. Then process monitoring experiment is used for further model evaluation. The results show that the error of this model is round 10-20% when traffic load is lower than 60%. The results argue that the analysis of model is used to rationally optimize MS/TP data link layer parameter that influence the performance of network, and to give recommendations for designing MS/TP control network system.
