Yujiapu:build the world financial area

上世纪90年代,上海浦东出了个"陆家嘴",带动了长三角地区的经济腾飞乃至中国经济的快速发展。今天,天津滨海新区抛出了"于家堡",旨在加快天津滨海新区开发开放,以带动环渤海地区乃至北方地区的发展,成为中国经济发展的新引擎。作为国际商务中心区(CBD)的后来者,于家堡金融区面临着来自国内外同行的竞争压力,但是,他们以一份超前的规划设计,让人们看到了一个可以在高度紧张工作状态下尽情享受自然、舒适生活的低碳城市于家堡:无可复制的上风上水的天然半岛;近1/3的绿地和三面亲水;四通八达、功能齐备的"地下城";昼夜24小时商业功能全面服务;国际高尔夫俱乐部和私人游艇码头等等。为此,《国际融资》杂志记者专程采访了于家堡金融区整体规划、建设和管理的城市运营商——天津新金融投资有限责任公司(以下简称"新金融公司")

In 90s of the 20th Century, the appearance of lujiazui in Shanghai Pudong brought the fast economic development of Yangtze River Delta Area and even the whole country. At present, Yujiapu Financial Area in Binhai District of Tianjin City is set up to accelerate the open and exploitation, to drive the development of Bohai Sea Ring Area and even the Noth, and to become the new engine of China＇s economic development. As the subsequent of CBD, Yujiapu is confronted with competitive pressure from domestic and abroad. However, Yujiapu became a Low-carbon City suitable for life surrounded by water on three sides with unique inartificial peninsula, large greenbelt, full- function underground city, 24-hour business services, international golf club and Private yacht marina.
