摘要 介绍了黑曲霉菌种的筛选方法,分析了传统培养基中各因素对葡萄糖酸钠产量的影响。通过正交试验确定了黑曲霉发酵生产葡萄糖酸钠的最优培养基配方为:葡萄糖300g/L,玉米浆4g/L,NH4H2PO41g/L,KH2PO40.3g/L,MgSO4·7H2O0.5g/L。葡萄糖酸钠产量为265.6g/L,提高了12.2g/L。 The method of screening Aspergillus niger was introduced in this paper. The optimal fermentation conditions of sodium gluconate by Aspergillus niger were further investigated by the orthogonal experiment. The optimum conditions were as followed: glucose concentration 300 g/L, corn steep liquor 4 g/L, NH4H2PO4 1 g/L, KH2PO4 0.3 g/L and MgSO4·7H2O 0.5 g/L. Under these conditions, the yield of sodium gluconate reached 265.6 g/L, which was increased by 12.2 g/L compared with that before optimization.
