摘要
采用酒精酵母为研究对象,对其发酵培养基产海藻糖进行研究。采用响应面法研究了酒精酵母培养基中不同种碳源、氮源、盐及浓度的影响。实验表明,最佳培养基组分为3.76%的蔗糖,1.44%的酵母膏,1.88%的氯化钠,此时海藻糖含量可达到0.7410g/L。
The optimal fermentation medium of trehalose produced by alcohol yeast was investigated through response surface method (RMS). The optimum conditions were as followed: sucrose concentration 3.76%, level of yeast extract 1.44%, sodium chloride concentration 1.88%. Under these conditions, the yield of trehalose reached 0.7410g/L.
