摘要
本文介绍了近红外光谱分析技术的原理和特点,基于近红外光谱分析技术对蔬菜中农药残留的检测方法进行了实验研究。选取菠菜作为叶菜代表,将其经过化学前处理配制成样品溶液,进行光谱扫描,用偏最小二乘(PLS)建立分析模型。实验表明,预测结果比较理想。
Principle and characteristics of near infrared spectroscopy were introduced in this paper, and based on this technique, pesticide residue in vegetable were studied. Choosing spinach as the representative of leafy vegetables, after electrochemical pretreatment and spectrum scanning to make it to be sample solution, the regression models were established by partial least squares (PLS). It showed that the forecast results were reliable.
