摘要
随着企业外部压力的增大和内部实力的增强,中国旅游企业的跨国经营已成为自身发展的课题之一,旅游企业跨国经营程度测量的研究亦开始受到研究者的关注。本文采用层次分析法(AHP)对当前6种具有代表性测量模型的研究内容和完备程度进行了分析评价,认为只有在借鉴现有测量模型的基础上重新构建模型,才能科学衡量旅游企业的跨国经营程度,促进旅游企业的持续发展。
With increasing external pressure and internal strength, transnational operation of China' s tourism corporations has been the right choice for their development. Meanwhile, studies on measuring the degree of transnational operation have begun to gain attention from researchers. The paper, by applying AHP (analytic hierarchy process ) method, makes an analysis and evaluation of six kinds of the contents of representative survey models and their integrities. It is acknowledged that only when we reconstruct measurement models based on the existing survey models can we measure the transnational operational degree more scientifically and promote the sustainable development of tourism corporations.
