摘要
本文在对国内外事件感知研究进行回顾的基础上,运用结构方程模型方法,建立了杭州居民对休博会感知与支持度关系概念模型。鉴于感知的动态性,采用纵向研究方法,以两次抽样调查获取基础数据,借助Lisrel软件对提出的概念模型进行实证分析和验证,探讨事前影响与事后影响的居民感知与支持度关系的变化。结果发现,休博会召开前与后:(1)因子"增加经济收益"和"发展相关产业"都对支持度有显著的正向影响;(2)"塑造形象倡导休闲"因子对支持度没有影响;(3)两个消极感知因子"加剧环境社会文化问题"和"加剧经济问题"都没有导致居民的反对。
The paper, based on the retrospect of the event perceptions both at home and abroad, establishes perception-support conceptual model by applying structural equation model. Given a dynamic process of perceptions, the paper discusses the changes of residents' perception-support relationship from the basic data collected from two questionnaire surveys by utilizing longitudinal study and Lisrel procedure. The results show that before and after the convocation of Leisure Expo: 1. the perceived "increasing economic benefits" and "developing-related industries" have significantly positive impact on the supporting degree. 2. the perceived "image-creation and leisure-advocacy" have no impact on the supporting degree. 3. two negative perceived factors- " aggravating environmental and soeicuhural problems " and "intensifying economic problems" do not result in the opposition from the residents.
