摘要
为了解毛翅蝇变应性鼻炎病人的免疫状态,观察60例毛翅蝇变应性鼻炎病人的总IgE,特异性IgE,总IgG及特异性IgG亚类水平。结果表明,病人组特异性IgE(30.60±0.78)明显高于对照组(0.64±0.16)(P<0.001);特异性IgG4水平病人组(383.31±96.48)与对照组(227.92±94.48)亦有极显著性差异(P<0.001);特异性IgG2病人组(365.46±109.32)与对照组(162.44±88.62)也有极显著性差异(P<0.001)。免疫治疗后病人组特异性IgE水平下降(治疗前30.60±0.78,治疗后1.58±0.44),特异性IgG4水平也下降(治疗前383.31±96.48,治疗后233.68±80.94)均存在极显著性差异(P<0.001)。提示特异性IgG亚类在Ⅰ型变态反应性疾病的诊断中,具有明显的特异性及敏感性。
Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,we detected the levels of total IgE,cad-dis fly specific IgE and caddis fly specific IgG subclass in 60 patients with caddis fly allerglc rhini-tis. The results showed that the levels of SIgE (30. 60±0. 78) of patients were significantly higher than that of the controls (P <0.001 ). Same results were received in the levels of specific IgG2 and IgG4. The differences of specific IgE and specific IgG4 between the groups before treatment and af-ter treatment were also significant (Specific IgE before treatment: 30.60±0.78,after treatment:1. 58±0. 44, P<0.001; specific IgG4 before treatment: 383. 31±96. 48,after treatment: 233. 68±80. 94, P<0.001). We conclude that specific IgG subclass has obviously etiologic specificity and sensitivity.
