能源金融的国内外研究动态与进展

A review on the study of energy finance

本文对有关能源金融研究的相关文献进行了概括和评述。目前,国外学者主要针对金融如何支持具体单一能源产业的发展进行了较多研究,尚没有关于能源产业与金融产业之间相互影响、相互渗透内在机理的研究;国内学者仅定性分析我国能源金融发展面临的问题及风险,但没有针对这些内容进行系统的研究。对于我国而言,定性分析与定量分析相结合,研究能源产业的投融资体制、能源金融风险监测预警体系、能源金融衍生品市场、能源金融立法及政策支持等,是目前重要的研究内容。

A review on the study of energy finance was given based on the domestic and foreign research. At present, foreign scholars＇ study on the energy finance was material and their research was not about the inherent mechanism between energy industry and finance industry but mainly about how to support the development of the specific industry of energy industry by finance tools. There was only qualitative analysis of the problems and risk of energy finance＇ development from China＇ s scholars＇ research, but the scholars just put forward what needs to he studied without doing any specific detailed research. According to China, study on the energy industry＇ s investment and financing system, energy finance monitoring and early warning system, energy finance derivative market and so on based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis is very important.
