煤炭是印度重要的能源资源,为促使煤炭工业健康发展,确保煤炭供应,印度政府建立一套以国有制为基础、以计划管理为主要手段的煤炭管理制度。近年来,印度政府对这一制度进行了一些调整,提高了市场在行业发展中的作用。

Coal is an important energy resource in India.In order to promote the development of the coal industry and guarantee the supply of coal,the Indian government set up a set of managing institution,which is based on the state-ownership of coal mines and with planning as the main method of management.In recent years,Indian government made some adjustment to the institution with the aim of enhancing the role of market in the development of the coal industry.
